Is that even a word? Anyway...

I was at my mom's this past Sat. afternoon. Joey was at work and told me he would be there all day. He had just called me to tell me he was going to grab something to eat and go back to work when my mom's doorbell rang. Guess who was at the door? Yep, Joey! He was dressed nicely and had a bag in his hands. He told me to get ready because he was taking me out of town for the rest of the weekend. O-M-G! How sweet is that?!!! Utterly romantic! He surprised me and took me to Dallas (one of our fave cities) where we stayed at the Omni which is incredibly chic by the way. We had an awesome time & I couldn't be more in love with my husband than I am now :)

At some point this weekend I was bitten by a spider. I will spare you the nasty pictures but let's just say my arm has a welt the size of 3 quarters put together. I must be yummy! haha

Are you watching So You Think You Can Dance? Because if not you need to! I love this show, but that may have something to do with the fact that I started dancing when I was 3 yrs. old and continued all the way through high school where I was on the drill team. Anyway, some of these dancers are unbelievable!

Also, I'm LOVING the Bachelorette! Last week Deanna & Jason (I think that's his name...he's the single dad) went on a date where they looked at the stars through a huge telescope. This is the night when he broke the big news and told her he had a son to which she was incredibly sweet & understanding. The next day she gave him a certificate where she had a star named after his son! I was in tears and no, I am not kidding. How sweet is that?! He is my fave so far. As far as Jeremy goes, the minute I see him I want to puke. Enough said.

Summer school is going ok. History is boring. Spanish class is three and a half loooong hours. I'm counting down the weeks. And then another session starts. Oh yay.
