Guess what? I weighed in this morning and I lost 6 lbs.!!! YAY!!! I am beyond proud of myself because it has not been easy! I have worked out every day and I'm actually starting to look forward to it (kind of). I already feel so much better not eating any of the crap I used to.
This past weekend at church our pastor gave the perfect message for Joey & I right now. He explained that many times when we tell ourselves we can't do something it is because we do not realize that we already have perfect self-control inside of us. The fruit of the Spirit lives within us and part of that fruit is self-control! I don't have the Bible verses he gave us right now but take my word for it that it was awesome! I'm definitely starting to feel the Spirit's self-control inside & outside!

It is in Galatians 5 I think... we memorized it as a song when we were kids! I'm so proud of you! Self-control is a hard thing!
