How'd that happen?

So I totally blew my 2nd 21day-challenge-thingy which was to exercise a minimum of 5 days a week...just had alot going on with family & stuff. Anyway, I weighed in this AM and I lost 4 lbs. this past week WITHOUT even working out for over 2 weeks! I don't know HOW that happened but I don't care! I'm just happy! :)
