2 more to go for my 21 day goal!
So yesterday was day #8 of eating healthy and NO fried food! I weighed in and I lost 4.4 lbs! Go me, go me, go me!!! haha
Anyway, it's going great so far..I am actually enjoying eating better and I have so much more energy.
Oh yeah, today after school I went straight to the gym and did a mile on the treadmill. I'm SO proud of myself!
